REFUND POLICY
All fresh product sales are final.
If a floral isn’t available, the designer will substitute the next best choice per her expertise.
If you’re sending florals to someone where florals may be left outside, you are responsible for making your recipient aware so that certain weather conditions don’t damage your blooms. We want your recipients to enjoy their designs!
Deliveries that are refused and need a new address for delivery will be charged an additional fee per Petite Refine's calculations based on distance & time.
Once an order is placed, we are already working on your blooms. If you cancel within 48 hours of delivery date, you may be ineligible for a refund or store credit. Orders being canceled 72 hours + are eligible solely for store credit dependent upon cost.
